Billing & Refund Policy

This page explains, in plain language, how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for SatoraAI subscriptions. If anything here conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms control.

Subscriptions

SatoraAI is offered as a recurring subscription. The price, billing frequency, and plan features are shown at checkout and in your billing portal.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Billing.

  • Cancelling stops future renewals.
  • Unless stated otherwise in your billing portal, your access typically continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
  • If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, duplicate billing), submit a support ticket as soon as possible so we can review it.
  • If we issue a refund or credit in our discretion, we may also prevent further usage of the refunded period where appropriate.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing question, please contact Support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in temporary suspension while we investigate.

Price changes

If we change subscription prices or plan features, we’ll provide notice where required, and changes generally apply at your next renewal unless we state otherwise.
